Fluorescence-based recombinant Factor C assay for quantitative detection of bacterial endotoxin in biological samples and process materials. The kit uses recombinant Factor C to cleave a fluorogenic substrate; fluorescence is measured after incubation and correlates with endotoxin concentration.
