The PathScan™ Mono-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys4) Sandwich ELISA Kit is a solid phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed to detect endogenous levels of histone H3 when mono-methylated at Lys4. This kit utilizes a total Histone H3 rabbit monoclonal antibody coated onto microwells to capture histone H3 from cell lysates, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-linked streptavidin for colorimetric quantification proportional to the amount of mono-methylated protein present.
