The FastScan™ Phospho-STING (Ser366) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay that detects endogenous levels of STING when phosphorylated at Ser366. In this assay, samples are incubated with a capture antibody conjugated with a proprietary tag and an HRP-linked detection antibody, forming a complex that is immobilized on the plate via an anti-tag antibody. Following a wash step to remove unbound material, TMB substrate is added, and the resulting signal magnitude is proportional to the quantity of phospho-STING (Ser366) present.
