This rabbit monoclonal antibody is designed to recognize endogenous levels of total CDK4 protein. It is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Pro254 of the mouse CDK4 protein. Based on the antigen sequence, this antibody is not expected to detect other CDK proteins. It is supplied in a formulation containing 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg/mL BSA, 50% glycerol, and less than 0.02% sodium azide. Store at −20°C.
