CoolCell LX Alcohol-free Cryopreservation container can be used in cryopreservation leading to optimal cell viability. CoolCell LX containers, in combination with a -80°C freezer or dry ice locker, will provide a freezing rate of -1°C per minute which is ideal for cryo-preservation of most cultured cell lines.
