The Olig2 (E6G6Q) Feline Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant antibody engineered using animal-free protocols. It retains the antigen-binding Fab regions of the original parent rabbit monoclonal antibody while incorporating a feline-derived Fc domain. This antibody is designed to recognize endogenous levels of total Olig2 protein, a basic helix–loop–helix transcription factor involved in oligodendrocyte and motor neuron differentiation. It is validated for use in immunofluorescence (frozen) applications.
