Research Products International Corp Breathe-Easy Petri Dish Strip Seals, 100 per Pack
Apply Breathe-Easy strip seals to guard against contamination during culture incubation or long term storage of petri dishes. Strips are pre-cut from gas permeable membrane that allows the exchange of oxygen and CO2 for proper cell growth. Sealed dishes can be incubated or stored at temperatures from -80°C to +100°C.
Pre-cut measured strips wrap completely around a 100 mm diameter petri dish.

Gas-permeable polyurethane membrane for petri dishes are in pre-cut strips. Cell growth is unimpeded since the strips allow for beneficial exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide for cellular growth drying. The strips acts as a microbial barrier that prevents microbial and vial contamination during growth and storage of cells.
Strip design allows film to be protected during application; a tab remains attached for easy removal.
Dishes sealed with Breathe-Easy strips may be incubated and/or stored and ambient temperatures, refrigerated or frozen (-80 degree C to 100 degree C).
